f(-2) = -1  ;   f (-1) = 0  ; f (1) = -1

f ' (-2) = 0 puisque coeff directeur tangente T1 = 0

f ' (-1) = 1.5  puisque coeff tangente T2 = 1.5    

f ' (1) = -4  puisque coeff tangente T3 = -4

équation tangentes :

T1  :      y = f ' (-2) ( x - (-2)) + f(-2) = -1     ⇒    y = -1

T2 :      y = f ' (-1) (x - (-1)) + f (-1)              ⇒    y = 1.5x + 1.5

T3 :      y = f ' (1) ( x - 1) + f(1)                    ⇒    y = -4x + 3
